Building Change Models
For some, it remains tacit; for others, it is known but becomes static once it is created or learned. KI operates on the premise that practitioners who consciously continue to build their own models over their entire careers are measurably more effective in the short term and famously so in the long term. They make fewer mistakes. They know exactly what to do any time their existing model fails them. They learn something new from every encounter. And, as a result, they continually expand their capacities to make change happen. This way of thinking is integral to all KI programs, from the year-long Master Class in Model Building and Intervening, KI's most comprehensive program, to a one day Team Consult. All thrive under the broad arc of Dr. Kantor's Model of Models, and the stringent model building guidelines it provides any practitioner who sets out to change how human systems function for the better.
