Building Change Models

For some, it remains tacit; for others, it is known but becomes static once it is created or learned. KI operates on the premise that practitioners who consciously continue to build their own models over their entire careers are measurably more effective in the short term and famously so in the long term. A basic course that guides coaches who deal with top-level leaders in developing their practice models while helping their clients develop their own.

Model Building for Leaders

A basic course designed for leaders who wish to develop their own leadership models on their own, with coaching from the course instructor.

Year-Long Seminar for Top Leaders

Four week-long sessions with between-session coaching. Participants develop their own practice models and advanced skills in the art and science of intervention.
